Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 3, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Serenity Meadows PMA website at serenitymeadowspma.com, including its online shop, membership features, content, and related services.
By accessing the website, creating an account, applying for membership, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About Serenity Meadows PMA
Serenity Meadows PMA is a family-operated, pasture-based farm located in Black Creek, Wisconsin. References to “Serenity Meadows,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these terms mean Serenity Meadows PMA.
2. Private Membership Association
Certain products, shop features, and activities may only be available to active members of Serenity Meadows PMA.
Membership is governed by the separate membership application and PMA agreement accepted when joining. These website Terms & Conditions do not replace or modify that agreement.
If these terms conflict with the membership agreement concerning a membership-related matter, the membership agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in either agreement waives a right or obligation that cannot legally be waived.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian to create an account, become a member, or place an order.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to keep that information current. You are responsible for protecting your username, password, and account access.
Please notify Serenity Meadows promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Farm Products and Availability
Serenity Meadows offers farm-raised and farm-made products that may change based on season, harvest, processing schedules, and current inventory.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith. Natural products may vary in appearance, size, color, weight, or other characteristics. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that it is currently available.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct product information at any time.
5. Prices, Payments, and Orders
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, fees, and fulfillment charges will be shown or communicated before the order is completed when required.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of limited inventory, incorrect pricing, payment problems, suspected fraud, membership status, or other reasonable business concerns.
If payment has already been processed for an order we cannot fulfill, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Serenity Meadows does not control every aspect of those providers’ systems, security practices, or availability.
6. Order Fulfillment
Available fulfillment methods and estimated timing will be displayed during the order process or confirmed directly by Serenity Meadows.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and order information. Serenity Meadows is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, events outside our reasonable control, severe weather, supply disruptions, processing changes, or other circumstances that could not reasonably be prevented.
If an order cannot be fulfilled within the time promised, we will contact you and provide available options, including cancellation or a refund when required by law.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
Because many farm products are perishable, seasonal, or food-safety sensitive, returns and refunds are handled according to the nature of the product and the circumstances.
Please contact Serenity Meadows promptly if an order is incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise unsuitable when received. We may request an order receipt, photographs, or other reasonable information needed to evaluate the issue.
Any specific cancellation or refund policy displayed during purchase will also apply. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy provided by applicable law.
8. Food and Health Information
Information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, dietary, nutritional, or health advice and should not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their dietary needs, allergies, health conditions, or intended use. Contact Serenity Meadows before ordering if you have questions about a product.
After receiving a product, the customer is responsible for appropriate handling, preparation, storage, and use.
9. Acceptable Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes related to Serenity Meadows.
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, or connected systems.
- Interfere with the website’s security, operation, or availability.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, overload, or misuse the website.
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
- Use the website to violate another person’s rights or any applicable law.
- Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
10. Intellectual Property
The Serenity Meadows name, website design, photographs, graphics, written content, product descriptions, and other original materials are owned by Serenity Meadows or used with permission.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for personal, noncommercial use. No other copying, republication, modification, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to payment processors, social media platforms, maps, embedded services, or other third-party websites.
Serenity Meadows does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s policies.
12. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Your use of the website is also governed by the Serenity Meadows Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree that Serenity Meadows may send communications reasonably necessary to manage your membership, account, inquiry, or order.
Marketing messages will only be sent as permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions provided in those messages.
13. Website Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Meadows does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of technical problems.
These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Meadows will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website, inability to access the website, or reliance on website content.
For a claim directly involving a product or order, Serenity Meadows’ total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate website access, accounts, or ordering privileges if a user violates these terms, misuses the website, engages in fraud, threatens another person, or creates a security or operational risk.
Membership termination is also subject to the separate PMA membership agreement.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a legal claim, you and Serenity Meadows agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter through direct communication. Any unresolved dispute must be brought before a court with proper jurisdiction, unless another process is required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in the website, products, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
18. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
